The Insights division of Retail Doctor Group conducted research in 2017 in partnership with Lightspeed to see what consumers and retailers thought of Amazon before it launched in Australia. Last year, we looked at how the launch of Amazon had affected customers behaviours in retail and how retailers had adapted to the changing retail landscape. Now, over a year later, we delve in again to see how consumer behaviour has evolved in relation to Amazon, and how this has impacted physical retail.
