Brief

RDG was engaged to develop an Operations Manual for the store. The Operations Manual development illustrated operational issues that required attention, so on completion of the Manual, Retail Doctor Group was commissioned to an ongoing coaching program to enhance both the business and the executive effectiveness.
 

Strategy

  • Develop a composite Operations Manual that not only provided a reference manual for the store operators, but also provided the business owners with a level of protection on issues such as Workers Compensation claims etc.
  • RDG was asked to provide an ongoing coaching program following the successful delivery of the Operations Manual to lift the knowledge and effectiveness of the business management.
 

Success

  • Equipped the owners and employees with knowledge on all the best practice available on Retail Strategy, Brand Aid, Effective People, Visual Impact, Promotional planning and Omni Channel mix.
  • The delivery of the Coaching Program has successfully set the business up for success with all the knowledge required to maximize business profitability and growth.
