The nab bank has recently placed a large focus on its retail banking capability as a major strategic and service differentiator. To this end the nab has engaged the services of the Retail Doctor Pty Ltd to work with our internal teams as we evolve and refine the retail offer to our customers and to lead our journey towards the achievement of ‘the greatest shopping experience in retail banking’. The project deliverables have included:

st_george2.gif“The St George Illawarra Dragons Rugby League Football Club engaged the Retail Doctor to assist in developing a position on a number of important strategic decisions surrounding its retail distribution model.
It was critical for the Dragons that they were able to obtain suitable industry benchmarks, get an understanding of current market conditions and be able to utilize the Doctors incredible retail knowledge to assistin rating various options or scenarios.
Whilst there are a number of consultants around that may have been able to help with this project, having used multiple consultants across a number of industries, I can categorically say that none matched the ‘Doctors’ ability to truly empathise with our situation and engage my immediate team in a manner that ensured they were taken on a learning journey.
On completion of the project my team and the business as a whole had a significantly greater understanding of the key profit drivers in retail.
This is a true point of differentiation between the Retail Doctor and many other consulting organizations”.
