Build a retail performance program focused on the Star motorcycles brand, alongside addressing the Yamaha/Star brand identity. The purpose and goal of this program is to increase the sales, margin and customer service delivery.

Perform a Consumer Insights deep dive to gain both a greater understanding of its current loyal customer base as well as an in-depth understanding of the overall lifestyle motor cycling market. Provide insight on key consumer segments to target.
Strategy
Conducted a strategy workshop around the Consumer Insights report findings, focusing on the key consumer segments for Yamaha to target the Star brand towards. Delivered rationale for why enabling a focused strategic approach to marketing was required, and provided strategy for targeting consumer types determined by our Insights report to be currently attracted to Yamaha Star.
