CEO and Founder of the Retail Doctor Group, Brian Walker comments to Jeweller Magazine  on the latest research  by Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) which shows that online sales are slowing as customers move back to traditional stores,

Brian Walker told Jeweller  that the CBA’s findings were consistent with those of Retail Doctor Group’s consumer and retail insight division.

“Research from RDG Insights shows that a retailer set up with an omni-channel platform – that is, a physical store, an online site, social media, and all the traditional advertising mediums – will typically trade four times greater than a retailer that is only online, or that only has a physical store,” he says.
