The Fragrance Lab began as a pop up concept in the department store Selfridges (UK) where consumers were matched with a fragrance ‘prescription’ based on a simple survey capturing their behaviours and habits. This experiential retailer allowed consumers in The Fragrance Lab a customised journey in terms of fragrance selection with express or immersive experiences to suit their needs accordingly.
