As the Head of Operations of Gloria Jeans Coffees it is essential to be always looking at new ways to develop our team of high level Operations Managers. We recently made the decision to use The Retail Doctor Pty Ltd to assist in the diagnosis of our unit trading performance and development and training of the team with a key focus to improve the team’s ability to address the key issues that are preventing stores from achieving their full potential. We have now developed a very solid business recovery programme. The Retail Doctor is continuing to bring fresh insights to the team and he encourages them to draw on his extensive retail background, including landlord negotiations. To date the programme has received very positive responses from the team. |
