The first program is to establish the core operating model, ensuring that all the “go to market” positioning through to systems, frameworks, processes and programs are in place.

These fitness steps ensure a robust and independent business is maximising its position, sales and profitability.

We call this foundation program the “Fit for Business™” program and it is most applicable in the start up and small channel phase (typically 4-12 outlets+)
