The Brief
The Retail Doctor was engaged to provide a "Fit for Business™" diagnostic service across all facets of the retailnetwork including the development of a robust retail model based on channel economic, productivity of all processes and working capital investmentsand retail best practice along with an end to end, consumer focused retail solution for the Herringbone brand.
Deliverables
The Retail Doctor was appointed to lead theoperational strategy development work and development of the Herringbone retail experience.  Deliverables included a "Fit For Business™" diagnostic review of all practices ,development of  the Retail operational framework, organisational structure and branddevelopment. This coupled with a retail operational framework platform designed to maximize the client retail delivery.
