The Brief
To diagnose and implement a fully tailored retail operation framework for G-Star Australia that underpins all aspects of the company expansion into the Australasian retail marketplace.
Deliverables
The Retail Doctor conducted a “Fit for Business” ™ diagnostic program within the Denim Enterprises business identifying existing retail practices against company strategic intent. Working closely with the business owners The Retail Doctor developed and delivered a retail framework including operational growth plans, support resource structure, merchandise planning, customer research methodology, point of difference positioning and a full retail operational framework. This included G-Star retail operations manuals, training programs, HR system, and locational planning to provide the company growth, performance culture and financial platform for future retail expansion in the Australasian market.
Outcomes
G-Star Australia has a complete retail planning strategy supported with a Retail Operational platform. The business is now able to consistently replicate its operating model, coupled with a sound positioning and customer positioning strategy supported by a fully tailored retail operational framework.
