One of the more innovative businesses contributing to the overall health of the retail category is The Retail Doctor.
I first came in contact with the Retail Doctor during the mid 90’s when I was Managing Director of George Patterson Bates, AdTown agency, charged with the creative direction of the Optus retail channels and he was a Manager of the national retail channel and client contact within the telco.
Since those days our respective career paths have changed, now some 8 or 9 years later I find myself involved with a number of Clients who also happen to be Clients of The Retail Doctor.
I am not only impressed with the robust nature of proprietary tools which The Retail Doctor prescribes but in witnessing that the outcomes and benefits of the recommendations are virtually instantaneous within the retail ‘patient’s’ business.

We recently made the decision to use the Retail Doctor Pty Ltd to assist in the diagnosis of our unit trading performance and in turn development and training of the team with a key focus to improve the team’s ability to address the key issues that are preventing stores from achieving their full potential.
