Brian Walker - Managing Director. Brian has had many years experience in franchising, shopping centres and specialty retailing in both senior line management roles as well as consulting to the industry;

Our approach is always to understand the client's business intimately, through the diagnosis stage, and to measure the level of gap between strategic intent and operational delivery;
This includes current strategy review, significant in store field work and reporting back the "gap" between strategic intent and operational delivery. This gap is defined by us as the business fitness;
We have developed a series of operational modules that recommend the steps to close the gap (recommendation report);
We close the gap and build a fitter business (implementation);
We monitor and ensure that the results are on track (health checks).
